Reflexology - This is a popular foot therapy which uses the principle that there are reflex points on the feet that correspond to different parts of the body. Stimulating these reflex points promotes relaxtion, rids the body of toxins, improves circulation, reduces pain, soothes tired aching feet and legs and enhances overall health.
I am trained in both Western and Taiwanese reflexology which both work on the same principle but with different pressures and techniques. I have been practising for nearly 20 years.
